File a Return / Missing Order Claim

All sales are final. We don't accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrived damaged or defective, or never arrived, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

How to file a claim

Fill out the form below within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items, or within 14 days of your order date if your package never arrived.
Email clear photos of the item and the shipping box to dcrqualityproducts@gmail.com, with your order number in the subject line.
Keep the item and all packaging until we reply. Please don't ship anything back unless we ask you to. If a return is needed, we'll send you instructions.
